Payment

Step 1:  Send us your project files.  Floor plan, Elevations, materials references, color selection …etc We can work with pdf, autodesk (dwg’s) or hand drawn sketches

Step 2 We will respond to you with a proposal within 24 hours.

Step 3 Our payment will be 50% upfront at the beginning and 50% upon completion. For big projects, we can work with 25% upfront. Payments can be made via Paypal, major credit cards (processed through Paypal), or bank wire transfer

Step 4 Work will begin after receiving your confirmation and the payment. Progress render will be sent within 1 week for typical projects

Step 5 Based on our progress rendering, we will need your mark ups and comment. We will fix it up until you satisfied. Revisions are free as long as it is within the original scope of work

Step 6 Once you are satisfied with the 3D rendering. We will request the remaining final payments. Once we received the final payment, the water mark will be removed and the final high resolution image will be sent to you via email.
